Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at T-CETRA LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our customer service representatives, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction, reduce complaints, and increase efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to address customer concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our customer service operations.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership and management experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer concerns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
