About the Role:

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lead Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience:
    • Deepen relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and providing personalized solutions.
    • Provide follow-up to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by being responsive and proactive in addressing customer concerns.
  • Operations:
    • Collaborate with the Financial Center Manager to ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly cash counts.
    • Partner with the Financial Center Manager to gather and report monthly FCA requests.
    • Perform daily office responsibilities, including maintaining a balanced record and correcting outages.
  • Referrals:
    • Identify customer needs and refer customers to Bankers and business partners for consultative conversations.
    • Build and maintain a working knowledge of retail products and services offered by Fifth Third Bank.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Extensive cash handling experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
  • Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public.
  • Flexibility in scheduling.
