Key Responsibilities- Deepen relationships with customers by listening to their needs, asking questions, and guiding them to meet their financial goals.
- Provide follow-up to customer inquiries, find solutions to address issues, and maintain a position of trust and responsibility.
- Collaborate with the Financial Center Manager to ensure efficient operations, gather and report monthly FCA requests, and maintain a balancing record.
- Partner with Bankers and business partners to identify customer needs and refer customers to consultative conversations.
- Assist in training newly hired Customer Service Representatives and perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Extensive cash handling experience.
- In-depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
- Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public.
- Flexibility in scheduling.
