About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lead CSR/Teller. As a key member of our Financial Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deepen relationships with customers by listening to their needs, asking questions, and guiding them to meet their financial goals.
  • Provide follow-up to customer inquiries, find solutions to address issues, and maintain a position of trust and responsibility.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Center Manager to ensure efficient operations, gather and report monthly FCA requests, and maintain a balancing record.
  • Partner with Bankers and business partners to identify customer needs and refer customers to consultative conversations.
  • Assist in training newly hired Customer Service Representatives and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Extensive cash handling experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
  • Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public.
  • Flexibility in scheduling.
