Job Title: Inbound Sales Agent/ReservationistJob Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Inbound Sales Agent/Reservationist to join our team at Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park Resort. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling guest inquiries and bookings over the phone, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting resort packages to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Phone-Based Guest Assistance: Answer inbound phone calls from potential guests regarding reservations, resort amenities, pricing, promotions, and park attractions.
  2. Reservation Processing: Help guests make reservations for accommodations, waterpark/theme park tickets, and accurately input reservation details into the booking system.
  3. Promote Resort Packages: Communicate and explain special offers, family vacation packages, and seasonal promotions to enhance the guest's experience.
  4. Upselling: Suggest room upgrades, additional passes, and other activities within the resort, like waterpark cabanas.
  5. Address Inquiries: Provide accurate and detailed information about Mt. Olympus Resort's water park, theme park, hours of operation, accessibility, and special events.
  6. Follow-Up Calls: Reach out to guests with pending or incomplete bookings, encouraging them to finalize reservations.
  7. Customer Service: Handle any guest concerns or issues over the phone, providing timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and positive reviews.
  8. Accurate Data Entry: Record guest information and reservation details efficiently and accurately in the resort's CRM and reservation system.
  9. Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all resort amenities, ticketing options, promotions, and park schedules to offer accurate information.
  10. Collaborate with Resort Teams: Communicate guest preferences, special requests, and bookings with relevant resort departments (e.g., front desk, guest services).
Requirements
  • Phone Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to engage and assist guests effectively over the phone.
  • Sales Ability: Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell products or services to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Focus: A friendly, patient, and customer-oriented approach to ensure a positive experience for every caller.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in entering reservation data and managing guest requests.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently over the phone.
  • Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with reservation software, CRM systems, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
