About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Brand Ambassador to represent Carbliss in the Wisconsin Dells area. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, embodying our values and mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Carbliss brand, including its products, features, and unique selling points.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
  • Represent Carbliss in a professional and enthusiastic manner at all times, maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude.
  • Engage with customers, account managers, and event staff to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Conduct in-store samplings, promotional events, and other activities to promote the Carbliss brand.
  • Collect and report customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and appearance standards.
  • Commit to 2 Fridays and Saturdays per month for promotional events.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with event management software.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
