At Strategic Resolution Experts (SRE), we provide Organizational Transformation Services to the federal Government, emphasizing Strategy, People, Leadership Development, Coaching, Facilitation, and Organizational Change Management. Key Responsibilities
The Aviation Operations Specialist, Army G3 plays a vital role in supporting the USAACE G3 and training brigades, as well as the Capability Development and Integration Directorate (CDID). This position involves providing analysis, assessment, coordination, and support for functions related to Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF) to enhance integration, synchronization, and program development across the Aviation Enterprise. Responsibilities include:
- Creating executive-level briefings and speeches regarding Army Aviation training operations and program management.
- Engaging in meetings, briefings, reviews, and Individual Transition Plans (ITPs).
- Drafting comprehensive reports, presentations, and recommendations.
- Collaborating with senior leaders and agencies within the Aviation Enterprise.
- Ensuring the timely issuance of all relevant orders to appropriate USAACE organizations.
- Adapting to rapidly evolving circumstances for the USAACE G3.
- Representing the G3 in working groups and In-Progress Reviews to facilitate DOTMLPF analysis and integration.
- Acting as an officer on the USAACE G3 staff, assisting in the coordination of training efforts across USAACE and tenant organizations.
- Coordinating with the Army Staff, AMCOM, PEO Aviation, and US Army Special Operations Aviation Command (USASOAC) to synchronize efforts across the Aviation Enterprise.
- Working with respective Program Executive Officers (PEO) on all pertinent matters, including training development and budget processes.
- Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive Quality Control Program (QCP).
- Reporting all program management actions and financial management status in a Monthly Status Report.
Qualifications
Education: A BA/BS degree is required.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of all acquisition systems within the Aviation portfolio.
- Extensive understanding of Aviation operations and DOTMLPF assessments.
- Strong professional, interpersonal, and organizational capabilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams within a dynamic, mission-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Aviation Transformation and the future direction of the Aviation Branch.
- Proficient in computer operations and software applications.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $70,000 per year. This figure serves as a general guideline, as SRE considers various factors in compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience, training, and organizational needs. SRE adheres to all applicable labor laws regarding salary compliance.
