The Aviation Systems Support Specialist role is integral to supporting the USAACE G3 mission. This position entails providing analysis and coordination for activities related to Army Aviation training operations and program development. Responsibilities include collaborating with senior leadership, ensuring interdepartmental coordination, and reporting on program management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating presentations and analyses for helicopter pilot training
  • Engaging in meetings and briefings
  • Coordinating aviation training initiatives
  • Collaborating with senior leaders and agencies
  • Overseeing the proper issuance of orders
  • Representing the G3 in collaborative groups
  • Coordinating with other training divisions
  • Establishing and updating training systems
  • Reporting on program management and financial status

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree is mandatory
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Aviation operations and DOTMLPF assessments
