Job Summary:

The Golf Performance Center is on the lookout for a personable and dedicated Guest Services Coordinator to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every visitor enjoys a positive and memorable time. This role serves as an excellent entry point for individuals aspiring to build a career in the sports sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all guests to the Golf Performance Center with a friendly and inviting demeanor.
  • Assist visitors by addressing their needs and providing necessary information.
  • Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes for all guests.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to any guest inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in reception and visitor areas.
  • Help schedule appointments and manage reservations for the center.
  • Conduct facility tours for new guests, showcasing key features and services.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Support the planning and execution of events within the Golf Performance Center.
  • Uphold the company's values and standards in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
  • Ensure all practice equipment is clean and organized throughout the day.
  • Maintain outdoor facilities by picking and cleaning golf balls, fixing ball marks/divots, raking bunkers, and ensuring proper setup.
  • Maintain indoor facilities by organizing hitting bays, washing gym towels, and general cleaning to uphold high standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of sports and a background in sports play is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
  • A reliable and diligent self-starter who can take direction and requires little oversight.
  • Good personal hygiene and appearance.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
