Job Title: Dental Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Director to lead our dental program at Terry Reilly Health Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our dental services, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and assistants, to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve program goals.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of dental services with other health services.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability and growth of the dental program.
  • Represent Terry Reilly Health Services in community and professional events, promoting our dental services and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited dental school with a D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree.
  • Licensed dentist to provide care in the State of Idaho.
  • 5 years' prior experience as a direct or indirect supervisor of employees, including recruitment, selection, and evaluation of such employees.
  • Some prior experience managing business-related budgets.
  • Better than average understanding of dental public health issues.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong working knowledge of computer software systems, including EHR and Microsoft suite.
