Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Enlivant. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with potential residents and their families, identifying their needs, and providing excellent customer service to drive occupancy and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and develop sales plans in collaboration with the Executive Director and Regional Director of Sales and Marketing
  • Manage the sales and marketing process, including lead tracking and database management
  • Lead and coordinate community outreach and events to engage with seniors, their families, and professionals in the community
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential residents and their families to provide excellent customer service and drive move-ins

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a senior living or healthcare environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills
  • Ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work overtime as needed
  • Ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements
