WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM with occasional Saturday mornings.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In partnership with the Director of Clinic Administration, this role is essential in providing administrative support within the Clinic Administration Department and collaborating with clinic leadership teams. Responsibilities include managing group email communications, assisting with scheduling updates, and executing tasks that enhance the overall efficiency of schedule utilization and provider assignments. The role also involves fostering a positive, professional, and collaborative work atmosphere while promoting continuous quality improvement.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Associate's Degree in Healthcare Administration or a related discipline, or a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment related to the specified duties.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  4. Capability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies.
  6. Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment.
  7. Proficient in setting priorities, being organized, and demonstrating initiative.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Two (2) years of proven experience in managing clinic schedules.
  2. Four (4) years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting directly related to the specified duties.
  3. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  4. Experience working with underserved communities.
