Position Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and managing pharmacy operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care: Ensure comprehensive care for customers by accurately processing and dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and executing programs in accordance with pharmacy regulations.

2. Sales and Profit Management: Drive revenue growth in the Pharmacy and OTC sectors by optimizing merchandise presentation, pricing strategies, inventory management, and sales forecasting.

3. Customer Service Excellence: Model and guide Associates in delivering outstanding customer service, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in alignment with company standards.

4. Community Engagement: Oversee community outreach initiatives and encourage team participation in local service efforts.

5. Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations by analyzing reports, implementing safety controls, and conducting quality assurance reviews.

6. Team Development: Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for Associates through training, performance feedback, and recognition of achievements.
