Job Title: Store Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Jiffy Trip is seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to lead our new store located in Rogers, AR. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for building a strong team of employees who have the main focus of exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, human resources management, and managing operating costs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees who are passionate about serving customers and delivering exceptional results.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including safety protocols and security measures.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and employee performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with district managers and other store leaders to share best practices, address challenges, and drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners to ensure seamless operations and optimal results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail or convenience store management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing employee engagement.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and business partners.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and act decisively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
