Business Development Coordinator

The Business Development Coordinator plays a crucial role in driving the growth of Advanced Dynamics Corp, enhancing client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence.

The primary goal is to support the legal team in cultivating and developing relationships with referral sources such as real estate agents, loan officers, mortgage brokers, and former and current clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies and plans to drive growth and revenue for Advanced Dynamics Corp.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, industry insights, and potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Firm attorneys and other personnel to develop strategies for client acquisition, retention, and expansion.
General Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with former and existing clients, understand their legal needs, and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling legal services.
  • Monitor the RE market, including competitors, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market positioning, differentiation strategies, and potential areas for growth.
  • Cultivate and develop relationships with potential referral sources.
  • Maintain positive relationships with current referral sources.
  • Prepare a business development and marketing plan for cultivating and maintaining referral source relationships.
  • Assist customers and clients with closing related questions.
  • Manage and develop client relationships to establish trusted and enduring relationships to ensure future real estate closing transactions.
  • Correspond with lenders, builders, real estate agents, and attorneys as needed.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather information.
  • Communicate with Firm personnel to assist the Firm in timely completing its business objectives.
  • Attend pertinent networking events whether during normal business hours, in the evenings, or on weekends and represent the Firm consistent with the rules regulating The Florida Bar and the Firm's general policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and submit biweekly contact and activities report to track business development activities, client interactions, and opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to Firm personnel on market developments that may impact the Firm's business.
  • Identify pertinent networking events for the Firm to sponsor or attend and prepare a calendar of activities.
  • Plan and execute events, seminars, webinars, and other community/networking activities to enhance the Firm's visibility and thought leadership.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred
  • High level of demonstrated customer service, and time management skills
  • 5+ years of real estate closing business development experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as lender's instructions, real estate purchase contracts, and lender closing packages
  • 10-year background checks resulting in no derogatory items for credit, criminal, prior positions
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
