Customer Support Associate

Position Overview: This role is essential in assisting clients with their efforts to resolve accounts receivable discrepancies related to invoicing.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or customer service roles.
- Stable work history is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud, is advantageous.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and effectively address any potential issues with products or services.
- Provide quotes to assigned customers based on their inquiries.
- Proactively manage customer expectations by reviewing open orders.
- Respond to incoming calls in a professional manner, offering solutions and escalating issues to specialized teams when necessary.
- Coordinate with customers regarding pricing and invoicing inquiries.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely shipment of necessary parts for service calls.
- Work alongside service coordinators to ensure availability of service personnel for scheduled calls.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to successfully complete a drug screening and background check.
- Experience in a customer service-focused position is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to adapt and learn various job functions as needed.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
