Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma with 4 years of experience in Financial or Retail sectors.
- Required licenses: Series 7 and Series 63.
- Willingness to obtain FINRA Series 66 or 65, along with state-specific insurance and annuity licenses.
- Minimum of 5 years in customer interaction roles.
- At least 2 years of experience in the investment or brokerage field, including knowledge of securities regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for a minimum of 2 years.

Job Overview: Client Service Associate

The Securities Senior Sales Assistant (SSA) position offers operational and sales support to multiple Financial Consultants (FCs) within their respective practices, as well as contributing to broader office initiatives.

The SSA role assists one or more Financial Consultants (FC) in various capacities, including Retail, High Net Worth, or Institutional.

Key Responsibilities:
This role encompasses four primary areas: Sales Support, Compliance, Customer Service, and Team Collaboration. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the establishment and upkeep of client accounts and records.
- Ensuring the completion of all necessary documentation for clients.
- Providing accurate, timely, and courteous responses to client inquiries.
- Organizing client files and implementing systems to aid Financial Consultants in regular follow-ups.
- Researching and resolving complex client issues and inquiries.
- Understanding firm policies and regulatory compliance thoroughly.
- Maintaining accurate office logs and documentation.
- Supporting other sales associates as needed.
- Identifying procedural issues and escalating them appropriately.
- Participating in office or firm-wide initiatives as required.
- Demonstrating teamwork, cooperation, and a positive attitude.
- Following proper channels for all correspondence and marketing materials.
- Creating client correspondence and mailings as needed.
- Performing operational or administrative tasks related to client requests (e.g., check requests, fund transfers, address changes, dividend information, etc.).
- Entering trades as permitted by licensing and firm regulations.

Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Work Environment: Category B - 3-4 days in-office on designated days, 1-2 days remote
