Organizing Culture

As a Community Engagement Organizer, you will play a crucial role in building a robust, anti-racist, and student-centered educator community. Our organizing culture is built on four key principles:

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct extensive outreach to build meaningful relationships with educators.
  • Organize and lead events, meetings, and campaigns to mobilize educators.
  • Educate and inspire members to engage in advocacy efforts.
  • Identify and nurture teacher leaders to drive our initiatives.
  • Utilize digital platforms to connect with and inform educators.
  • Maintain accurate records of member engagement and outreach efforts.
