Job Summary:

Eagle Distributing Inc is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying their needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacts customers on a regular basis to identify their needs and opportunities
  • Works with customers to identify current inventory levels and create orders based on previous history and upcoming needs
  • Communicates and sells new brands or products to customers that have been targeted for promotional opportunities or distribution
  • Identifies POS or additional marketing needs and places work orders for these items
  • Maintains a structured call process for each customer
  • Maintains a regular call frequency and sequence

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and general office procedures
  • Strong organization skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and knowledge of customer service principles, including customer needs assessments and customer satisfaction evaluations
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
