Job Title: Event Staff

Monstera Talent Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Event Staff to join our team in New Jersey. As an Event Staff member, you will be an integral part of the success of various public events, such as community fairs, retail promotions, trade shows, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Setup and Coordination: Assist with setting up booths, banners, product displays, and information stations at various events, ensuring that all setup activities are completed efficiently and that the event space is visually appealing and well-organized.
  • Customer Engagement and Outreach: Actively engage with event attendees, providing information, answering questions, and promoting the brand, being a friendly and approachable presence, helping to attract and retain visitor interest throughout the event.
  • Support Event Activities: Manage the flow of the event by directing attendees, distributing promotional materials, and ensuring smooth event operations, handling on-the-spot tasks as needed, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as a positive ambassador for the brand, conveying its message and values to the public with enthusiasm and professionalism, upholding the brand's reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
