Job Title: Associate Program Manager-Service Provider Contractors

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Program Manager to join our team in the Commercial Energy Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the utility rebate programs' relationships with the service provider (or trade ally) community, leading a mission-oriented team, and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to recruit and engage service providers to deliver energy efficiency projects utilizing program rebates.
  • Manage a trade ally/service provider network, fostering relationships, and providing superior service.
  • Lead a team in outreach to new and existing service providers, training service providers on participation requirements, tracking and reporting outreach outcomes, conducting market research, and facilitating communications and coordination across the service territory.
  • Collaborate with the team to manage databases, track progress, and report results.
  • Work with the team to develop and implement sales and/or outreach strategies or promoting utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Energy/Environmental Studies, Communications, Business Admin, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing customer accounts, fostering relationships, and providing superior service.
  • 3+ years of experience in creating and executing sales and/or outreach strategies or promoting utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs.
  • Must have valid driver's license, able to pass an MVR, and pass a background check and drug test.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle for local travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with leading a mission-oriented team and delivering results.
  • Experience with and knowledge of energy efficiency.
  • Experience working in or managing a trade ally/service provider network.
  • Experience working in or around the trades.
  • Experience scheduling and managing trainings or other events.
  • Experience working with or managing databases a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and any other language a plus.
