Senior Oncology Liaison

Regional Cancer Care Associates (RCCA) is seeking a seasoned Oncology Liaison Senior to drive practice growth and sales excellence. This role requires a sales leader who can prospect, nurture, and maintain relationships with referring physicians to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with operational leaders, physicians, and practice staff to understand business needs and develop sales strategies that align with practice goals.
  • Utilize professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues and ensure feedback is communicated effectively.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing communications with referring physicians and their office staff through regular visits, emails, and phone calls.
  • Develop and implement practice growth strategies in core markets and partner with Practice Marketing to implement sales approaches.
  • Support practice growth efforts through effective engagement with physicians and resources through practice visits, sales calls, tumor boards, community events, and cross-business collaboration.
  • May have supervisory responsibility to train and mentor other Oncology Liaisons.
Requirements
  • 4-year undergraduate degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of healthcare sales experience, preferably calling on physician accounts.
