Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless patient care and administrative support in our busy medical office. As a key member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our healthcare professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check patients in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence, responding promptly to patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Prepare charts and files for each day's appointments, maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate appointments and scheduling, communicating effectively with patients and providers.
  • Filing and data entry tasks, maintaining accurate and secure records.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Experience in a medical office setting, preferably in dermatology or a related field.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and providers.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Billing experience and knowledge of health insurance procedures would be an asset.

Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary of $20/hour, paid health insurance, 16 days of PTO, and a 401K plan after one year of service.
