Executive Office Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Executive Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our senior leadership staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our mission to deliver innovative cybersecurity solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support services, including routine and non-repetitive administrative, secretarial, and general clerical functions
- Composed and edit executive correspondence, process mail, handle calls, check in visitors, and assist with drafting meeting notes, personnel records, and travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, financial records, and other sensitive information
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of company goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or similar field
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an administrative, communications, or clerical field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
