Job Title:

Executive Office Coordinator

About the Role:

The Executive Office Coordinator will provide administrative support to the human resources team, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and Human Resources Information System entry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general office support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure documents are organized and accessible.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating office logistics.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientation sessions and preparing onboarding materials.
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and onboarding processes is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
Salary and Benefits:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year. Top Health Insurance Plan, Paid time off for Accrued Sick Leave, Up to three weeks of paid time off after 12 months with the company, Transportation Reimbursement for afternoon coverage.
