Guarantees that quality grading and CDU are consistently applied and accurately reflect values as indicated by sales analysis. Utilizes suitable residential/agricultural pricing frameworks to determine values for individual residential/agricultural properties.*
  • Aids in addressing taxpayer concerns and supports valuations in informal discussions with taxpayers.*
  • Professionally represents Tyler Technologies and the client to property owners and other community members. Responds to inquiries and complaints in a respectful manner.*
  • Operates a vehicle to various property sites, exiting the vehicle as necessary to conduct effective reviews.*
  • Provides training to Residential/Agricultural Data Collectors as required.*
  • Generates and updates administrative reports, and maintains personal productivity records, as required.*
