About the Role:

Altabank is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Account Services Specialist to join our team in Pleasant Grove. As a key member of our Service Center, you will provide critical administrative support to management and contribute to the smooth operation of our account services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide confidential administrative support to management, including reviewing and maintaining data, tracking errors, and editing written communication.
  • Account Services: Assist in resolving problems with accounts, new account documents, customers, and vendors, and perform duties such as answering high-volume calls, handling mail, and performing errands.
  • System Administration: Grant employee access to various systems, complete events and requests, and maintain supplies inventory.
  • Research and Development: Assist with research for procedure development and division and branch contact for CardWizard printers and supplies.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Six months to two years of bank operations experience.
  • Skills: Good customer service skills, strong organizational skills, good attention to detail, and excellent writing skills.
  • Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
