Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator:

  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and ability to manage high workloads in a collaborative environment.
  • Contact clients to arrange and confirm service appointments.
  • Oversee recurring service routes and intervals.
  • Develop efficient daily route plans using electronic routing systems and independent judgment.
  • Utilize knowledge of customer needs to assign appropriate service managers.
  • Communicate any delays to branch and service managers.
  • Address urgent scheduling issues promptly.
  • Monitor daily route execution and report deviations to management.
  • Adjust route plans as necessary when deviations occur.
  • Schedule technician appointments to optimize travel time and suggest alternative routes when needed.
  • Coordinate with Service Technicians to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to clients regarding services received.
  • Reach out to clients about outstanding account balances.
  • Process payments from overdue customers.
  • Efficiently navigate Windows-based and web-based systems to track routes and enhance scheduling.
  • Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
  • Answer incoming customer service calls with a friendly demeanor.
  • Employ strong listening skills and probing questions to assess customer concerns and needs.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to empathize with customers.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Engage in quality assurance initiatives as required.
