Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and process-oriented individual to join our Customer Care Center as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to homeowners, handling customer interactions via phone, email, and written correspondence, and collaborating with internal departments to resolve customer opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to homeowners, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and written correspondence, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Actively participate in departmental Carrier Excellence initiatives, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely information.
Requirements
  • High School Degree or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in a call center and troubleshooting preferred.
  • Working knowledge of call center tools, such as CRM software and phone tools, with Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Ability to handle between 75-90 phone calls per day, maintaining a positive and responsive attitude with customers.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel, with strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Sense of urgency, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with a self-starter mentality and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
