Sales Development Manager

The Sales Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding existing customer relationships. This involves completing sales training, establishing new sales within a pre-existing portfolio of accounts, and utilizing existing strategies to increase sales and meet expectations for profitability and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell solutions and services using existing strategies
- Establish new sales opportunities within an assigned portfolio of accounts
- Develop effective relationships with key client contacts
- Negotiate new client contracts, renewals, extensions, and amendments
- Negotiate and secure profitable pricing and pay models
- Build an understanding of service offerings, industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies
- Implement service improvements
- Produce sales forecasts and other related reports
About You
A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field with a minimum of one year of sales experience is required. Previous experience in the staffing and/or human resources solutions industries is highly desirable.

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Adaptability to the business environment
- Focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Prioritization, organization, and performance of multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Systems and related tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
