You will utilize various techniques, including cold calling, client meetings, client entertainment, joining professional organizations, LinkedIn, and other methods to build relationships and find and close business.

Requirements include:

  • Prior cold calling experience
  • Experience selling full-time placement services is required
  • Relevant sales experience in a high volume inside/outside sales role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and utilize various resources (both internally & externally)
  • Experience using CRM systems & Computer applications
  • College Degree (BS/BA)
