Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team to new heights. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales efforts of our remote sales team. You will develop and implement sales strategies, manage daily operations, and ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets. This is a key leadership role with significant growth potential, offering opportunities to advance within the company as we continue our expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of remote sales representatives, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed to succeed.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular performance feedback to the team.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and markets to support company growth.
  • Collaborate with upper management to set sales targets and align on company goals.
  • Ensure the sales team is effectively utilizing the CRM system to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and excellence.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new sales team members.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable plans.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales technology tools.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining team cohesion.
