About the Role

The Sales and Portfolio Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within a pre-existing portfolio of accounts. This involves fostering key business relationships with potential and existing clients, utilizing existing strategies to increase sales, and meeting expectations for profitability and client satisfaction.

  • Sells solutions and/or services using established sales strategies
  • Establishes new sales opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Develops effective relationships with key client contacts
  • Assists with negotiating new client contracts, renewals, extensions, and amendments
  • Secures profitable pricing and pay models
  • BUILDs an understanding of service offerings, industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies
  • Implement service improvements
  • Predicts sales forecasts and related reports
About You

A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field with a minimum of one (1) year of sales experience is required. Previous experience in staffing and/or human resources solutions industries is highly desirable. A combination of post-high school education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Prioritizing, organizing, and performing multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
