Job Summary

iParametrics LLC is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of a significant data center construction and commissioning project. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project with the potential for long-term assignments and career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate directly with the client's lead construction manager to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Work on behalf of the lead construction manager to drive project success and ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Manage RFI submittals, change orders, REA management, bid packages, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Track deliveries, schedule meetings, and prioritize tasks effectively to maintain project timelines.
  • Utilize Procore and Excel for project tracking and reporting.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably in data center construction/commissioning.
  • Strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience working with general contractors and managing subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in Procore and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Experience in high-tech manufacturing, pharmaceutical, hospital, or semi-product construction environments is a plus.
  • Ability to excel in a high-profile position with significant visibility and impact.
  • Experience with large-scale projects ($100MM+) is highly desirable.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering with proficiency in Procore and Excel for project tracking and reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage complex construction projects from initiation to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues that may impact project timelines, quality, or safety.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Strong team player with demonstrated leadership skills, capable of mentoring and guiding team members to achieve project goals.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure high standards of quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
Work Schedule

40 hours per week (5 x 8). Overtime not expected.

This is an on-site position; remote work is not available.

Benefits and Compensation

As a W2 employee of iParametrics LLC, team members are eligible for benefits such as medical, dental, and vision, and the company matching 401K plan. Compensation for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 annually based on experience, background, and skills.
