Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a minimum of 5 years in a lead or project management role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, Excel, and Word
  • Knowledge of safety practices and procedures, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
