The Telecommunications Construction Manager will collaborate closely with the Company's OSP division. They will oversee multiple network expansion construction initiatives, managing daily operations and customer relations while ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Project Leadership: Oversee various network expansion construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion. Field Operations: Manage daily construction field operations, providing technical guidance and quality assurance. Customer Relations: Foster customer relations, ensuring satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns. Productivity Tracking: Implement and assess company tracking methods to measure productivity and project advancement. Technical Oversight: Comprehend and manage telecommunication construction operations, including electronic and telephony equipment. Cable Identification: Recognize various types of cables and wires, understanding industry-standard color codes.
