Position Overview

Civil Engineering Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement a variety of engineering projects.
  • Direct project teams on both public and private sector initiatives, including infrastructure such as roads, drainage systems, and water supply lines.
  • Engage in strategic project planning discussions.
  • Assist in business growth and promotional activities.
  • Manage project-related permits and compliance with zoning laws.
  • Ensure project objectives are achieved within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Michigan is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering.
  • Self-driven, capable of working independently or collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite.
