Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the construction process, including planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
  • Site Management: Manage and coordinate site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the highest quality standards, and that any defects or issues are promptly addressed.
  • Safety Management: Ensure that all site activities are conducted in a safe and healthy manner, and that all relevant safety protocols are followed.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including foremen, carpenters, and other tradespeople.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in construction management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of construction professionals.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BlueBeam, Adobe, and other relevant software applications.
