Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide engineering support to assist the field construction team in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Attend project progress meetings to stay informed and provide updates.
  • Prepare and manage purchase order requisitions to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing and delivery files to ensure efficient project management.
  • Document daily activities and project progress to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
  • Review and analyze drawings, RFI's, and other project documents to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive project records and documents to facilitate future reference and improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the team's goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction specifications, methods, and procedures.
  • Ability to apply engineering principles to construction challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Previous construction internship or co-op work experience is highly desirable.
