Job Title: ECMC Strategic Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that align with the ECMC's mission and goals
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
  • Communicate strategic plans and initiatives to stakeholders through various channels
Requirements:
  • 8 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, project management, or a related field
  • Strong background in communication, leadership, and team management
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
