Job Overview

The Strategic Partnership Development Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining new business relationships, while also driving the implementation of strategic sales and marketing initiatives to foster growth and expansion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a network of referral business accounts and relationships.
  • Designing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to create new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Staying up-to-date on all Sanctuary Recovery Centers facilities, programs, insurance contracts, levels of care, and other relevant information.
  • Navigating local territories to provide relevant businesses, treatment centers, and private practices with targeted marketing materials and education about Sanctuary Recovery Centers' local and national locations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on business accounts, including website, point of contact, type of business, address, phone number, and services provided.
  • Collaborating with admissions departments and admission coordinators during pre-admission processes.
  • Working with the refer-out team and case management department to provide step-down recommendations.
  • Providing exceptional support to potential clients and their families.
  • Participating in local community events to promote Sanctuary Recovery Centers' programs.
  • Attending in-services and educational training as necessary and as assigned.
  • Hosting in-service events to educate local businesses, private practices, and hospital systems about Sanctuary Recovery Centers' facilities.
  • Consistently meeting monthly expectations regarding the number of successful client admissions.
  • Maintaining a weekly calendar of events, meetings, tasks, outbound calls, conferences, and other job-related events and appointments.
  • Complying with attendance policies and being readily available and productive during expected working hours.
  • Abiding by all local and national laws regarding confidentiality and interactions with staff and clients.
