Program Manager

Southwest Human Development is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Program Manager for our Family & Community Development program. The ideal candidate will manage and ensure compliance with family services that prioritize trauma-informed practices and foster community partnerships to enhance service quality and increase enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Family Services Managers and promote collaboration with staff, interagency, families, and community partners.
- Enhance family engagement, well-being, and self-sufficiency through clinical practices.
- Supervise family engagement services, Family Partnership Agreements (FPA), and recruitment in alignment with the Parent, Family, and Community Engagement (PFCE) Framework, Head Start Standards, and the Southwest Human Development (SWHD) Two Generation model.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations and service providers to improve the range and quality of services for families and to increase awareness of recruitment opportunities.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in social work, family services, or a related field.
- Hold licensure as LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT with AZ Behavioral Health Board.
- At least two (2) years of direct experience working with early education programs.
- At least one (2) year of community development experience.
- At least 5 years of direct experience in a Head Start program is preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Ability to speak, write, and read English and Spanish is preferred.
- Knowledge of DAP and Bilingual Education.
- Certification in First Aid/CPR, Food Handler's Card, and Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
- Functional knowledge of child care licensing requirements.
- Knowledge of Department of Child Safety reporting mandates.
