Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in Business Development and Sales, with a focus on IT Outsourcing (ITO) deals.
  • Strong depth of technical knowledge across all lines of the Capgemini/Sogeti product offering.
  • Demonstrated success in entrepreneurial sales environments, thriving in high-growth, rapidly evolving business landscapes.
  • Proactive mindset with a proven ability to translate ideas into actionable solutions, driving problem-solving initiatives internally and externally.
  • Established relationships with key stakeholders and a track record of navigating complex client organizations effectively.
  • Ability to develop aggressive yet achievable strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
  • Positive, energetic approach to work and life, with a passion for solving challenges.
  • Strong account management skills, adept at articulating issues and engaging with stakeholders to resolve problems.
  • Experience managing accounts of $15M+ (preferably single accounts) and generating $5-10M in new business.

  • Proven track record of ensuring client satisfaction, driving ongoing growth, and cultivating strong relationships.
  • Executive-level engagement expertise, with a focus on reinforcing value, cross-selling, and strategic relationship building.

Education:
