Administrative Support Specialist

The ideal candidate for the Administrative Support Specialist role will possess a combination of customer service, administrative, and technical support expertise. Key responsibilities include:
- Executing administrative and office management duties such as employee badging, generating shipping labels, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Providing support for a timekeeping system utilized by over 200 users, requiring daily and weekly entries, along with bi-monthly review and closeout.
- Conducting weekly and monthly reconciliations of timekeeping reports across various systems.
- Managing laptop procurement, setup, resets, and basic troubleshooting.
- Facilitating the onboarding and offboarding processes for new users.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative and/or technical support within an office setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong orientation towards customer service, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with a proven track record of making recommendations and taking initiative in uncertain situations.
- High standards of work quality and meticulous attention to detail.
- Openness to feedback and a strong desire to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams.
