Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our team at Cornerstone Rehab, a leading provider of innovative rehab management solutions to skilled nursing facilities across the United States.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities

As a Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our clinical professionals to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.

  • Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations, documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid State Physical Therapy Assistant License and Credentials.
  • Significant experience in SNF and/or Acute care settings.
