Clinical Services Director

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Manager to lead our team at Baptist Health.
Job OverviewThis role involves overseeing shift operations for our department/unit, adjusting staff assignments as needed, and performing nurse leader rounding with patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Manage shift operations, ensuring safe and quality patient care.
- Collaborate with supply chain for procurement of supplies.
- Address patient, family, and physician issues regarding patient care during the assigned shift.
- Mentor and coach staff to enhance their professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Active Kentucky RN license.
- BLS, ACLS, and other designated unit-specific certification training/requirements.
- ANCC Medical Surgical National Certification on hire or within 2 years of hire required.
- Minimum of three years of Registered Nurse experience, including Medical Surgical and Telemetry experience.
