Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the personal care needs of our residents are met in accordance with their wishes and care plan objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor resident vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
  • Prior experience as a LTC nursing assistant preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Good standing in the state registry is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience. Same day pay available, including week-day and week-end shift differential and other incentives as appropriate.
