The estimated salary for this position is $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including differential programs, PTO accrual, flexible schedules, competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and a 401(k) plan available after one year of service.
- Job Description:
This role involves ensuring resident's personal care needs are met in accordance with Residents' wishes and Care Plan Objectives. You will give direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, explain procedures, and answer signal lights or intercom system to determine residents' needs.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program, prior experience as LTC nursing assistant (preferred), and good standing in the state registry.
