A Dynamic Team: Join Us as a Certified Nursing Assistant
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic team of caregivers. As a CNA, you will be an integral part of our care team, working closely with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Resident Care: Provide direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom.
- Responding to Call Lights: Answer call lights and intercom system to determine residents' needs and ensure call lights are within reach.
- Checking on Residents: Frequently check on residents who are unable to call for help to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Supporting Activities of Daily Living: Assist residents with eating, walking, and other daily activities as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications
- State-Approved Training Program**: Complete a state-approved nursing assistant training program and competency evaluation.
- Prior Experience**: Prior experience as a licensed nurse aide or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good Standing in State Registry**: Maintain good standing in the state registry.
Estimated Annual Salary Range: $42,500 - $52,000, based on location and experience.
