Clinical Data Expertise

At TEKsystems, we're seeking a skilled Clinical Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our clinical coding team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of clinical data contained in patient records.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze and interpret physician medical records to select appropriate codes and maximize charge capture
* Collaborate with clinical and billing departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient data exchange
* Review and analyze medical information to ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines
* Participate in coding seminars and educational in-services to stay up-to-date on industry developments
* Utilize excellent customer relation skills to ensure respect and dignity for all customers and maintain confidentiality of their data

Requirements:

* Strong knowledge of Cpc and Epic systems
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
