Compensation: $22-30 DOE

Position Overview:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking experienced professionals in risk adjustment auditing for temporary remote positions. Candidates must be located in one of the following states: Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform audits and evaluations of risk adjustment data to ensure compliance and accuracy with applicable regulations.
  • Examine medical records and coding practices to identify inconsistencies and suggest corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve audit discrepancies and enhance operational processes.
  • Work primarily within Pacific Time Zone hours; flexibility for overtime and weekend work may be necessary.
  • Clearly document and communicate audit findings.

Qualifications:

Required Certifications:

  • CRC – Certified Risk Adjustment Coder
  • CPC – Certified Professional Coder
  • Must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah.
  • Demonstrated experience in risk adjustment auditing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of medical coding and risk adjustment practices.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Willingness to work Pacific Time Zone hours and potentially outside of standard hours.
  • Disclosure of any pre-scheduled time-off requests is required upon submission.
